No Returns

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

No Refunds

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds after an order has been shipped or delivered.

No Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed and processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

• A damaged product

• A leaking package

• The wrong product

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Your Order Number

• Clear photographs of the product and packaging

After verification, we may provide a replacement at our discretion.
